Lucy Harris : Service Manager
Lucy joined the IASS team in 2003. She is committed to maintaining our excellent reputation and offering the very best to those families who use us. She enjoys reading, cooking, visiting France and spending time with family and friends.
Elaine Westwood : IASS Officer
Elaine has been with the IASS service for nine years. Her role covers everything the IASS has to offer including support for families and hosting training sessions. She is also a qualified Yoga Therapist and a passionate Wolverhampton Wanderers fan.
Lisa Colton : Case Worker and Young People Development Officer
Lisa has been with the team for five years and has developed a fantastic rapport with the young people to ensures their voices are heard. Lisa is a mother to three boys and pet pup named Patch. She enjoys being outdoor with family or chilling on the sofa sharing popcorn.
Lauren Kirkpatrick : Information Officer
Lauren joined the IASS team in August 2021. She has over fifteen years experience working with SEND young people in roles of teaching assistant, drama leader and charity support worker. Lauren enjoys travelling, musical theatre and performing on stage with a local choir.
Michelle Reid : Case Worker
Michelle has worked for the Wolves IASS since 2009 in the role of part time Case Worker. She is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to her second child and spends her days supporting her family. She is a very artistic and creative person and enjoy walks.
Kath Apperley : Case Worker
Kath has been a caseworker with the team for the past five years and previously was a teacher of the deaf. She enjoys gardening and sharing the fruit and veg produce she grows with friends and family. She is an avid tennis fan and supporter of Andy Murray and Rafa Nadal.
Julie Taylor: Secondment Case Worker
Julie is the newest member of the team and joined in October 2021. She has previous experience in supporting Wolverhampton families as a Strengthening Families support worker. Julie is a mother to three boys and lives in Bridgenorth.
